About Us:

Sharp Industries is a trusted manufacturer and trader of Ball Pen Making Machines, Scrubber Packing Machines, Dish Scrubbers, and other similar products. We are growing fast and are now looking for a Telecaller to help us connect with more customers.

Job Role:

We are hiring a Telecalling executive who will talk to potential customers on the phone, explain our products, and help increase our sales. You should be polite, confident, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers and explain our products (training will be provided)
• Share product details and answer customer questions
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain records of calls and responses
• Help convert inquiries into sales
• Support the sales team with leads and feedback

Requirements:

• 12th pass or Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
