Job Title: HR Recruiter (Delivery Boy Hiring)Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp and active HR Recruiter to handle mass hiring for Delivery Boys/Delivery Executives. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing, calling, and onboarding delivery riders to meet our daily operational targets.Key Responsibilities:Source candidates for Delivery Boy profiles using local networks, social media, and job portals.Call candidates, explain the delivery job structure (payouts/incentives), and clear their doubts.Document and verify riders' essential assets (Bike, Driving License, Smartphone).Ensure candidates successfully download the delivery app and complete their first login/onboarding.Requirements & Skills:Age Limit: 18 to 24 years only.Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers are welcome!).Language: Hindi fluency is a must; basic English is good to have.Strong telephonic communication skills and a target-driven mindset.Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 per month.Incentives: High performance-based incentives for every successful delivery boy onboarded!
