Position OverviewAs our Hiring Manager, your primary mission is to source, evaluate, and secure resilient talent capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-travel educational environment. You will be responsible for identifying candidates who are not just great teachers, but adapters capable of managing tough situations on the ground.

This role requires a blend of rigorous HR management, sharp negotiation skills, forward-thinking planning, and an infectious team spirit.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Talent Acquisition: Deploy advanced sourcing, screening, and shortlisting techniques to build a robust pipeline of both fresh and experienced candidates across India.
  • Resilience & Fitment Assessment: Design evaluation frameworks to test candidates' adaptability, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel and stay in remote areas for 15–20 days at a time.
  • Strategic Proactive Planning: Work well in advance with the core team to forecast hiring needs, ensuring no talent gaps exist before nationwide sessions commence.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage compensation packages effectively while aligning candidates with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Relationship & Coordinate Management: Act as the primary bridge between the organization and the candidates, managing their onboarding, logistics coordination, and expectation settings seamlessly.
  • Retention & Career Alignment: Identify and hire candidates who are genuinely looking to build a sustainable, long-term career in the education sector, fostering loyalty and low turnover.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsHuman Resource Management: Proven experience as a Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar HR role.
  • Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Deep knowledge of various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, campus recruitment, social media) to find niche talent willing to travel.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and relationship-building capabilities to connect with diverse candidate profiles.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to close candidates effectively while maintaining budgetary and organizational guardrails.
  • Crisis & Situational Judgment: Ability to read people accurately to determine if they can handle tough, remote ground realities.
