  • 📌 Open Positions✅ Sales Officer (Field Sales)✅ Area Sales Manager (ASM)🔹 SALES OFFICERJob Responsibilities:Visit distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and stockists in the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Promote company products and increase market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly action plans.
  • Update client visits and activities through the company reporting system.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Follow up on payments and pending orders.

Requirements:✔ Experience in FMCG Sales preferred

✔ Good communication and negotiation skills

✔ Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas

✔ Smartphone and basic reporting skills required

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated

  • 🔹 AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)Job Responsibilities:Manage and supervise Sales Officers within the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve district/region targets.
  • Develop distributor and stockist networks.
  • Monitor team performance and market activities.
  • Review daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly performance.
  • Conduct field visits with team members.
  • Support team in closing key business opportunities.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:✔ Experience in FMCG Sales Management preferred

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Experience in distributor handling and market development

✔ Good communication and reporting skills

✔ Ability to travel and manage multiple locations
