Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors professionally.
• Handle student/customer enquiries in person, over phone, and via WhatsApp.
• Make outbound calls to new enquiries and explain courses
• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
• Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
• Answer basic questions regarding courses, fees, and batches.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
• Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Confident in making phone calls and follow-ups.
• Polite, organized, and customer-focused.
• Basic English communication preferred.
