Job Description
हमें अपने कैफ़े के लिए एक मेहनती, ज़िम्मेदार और सक्रिय काउंटर स्टाफ़ की आवश्यकता है। इस पद के लिए काउंटर संभालने के साथ-साथ ग्राहकों को भोजन परोसने, कैफ़े की साफ़-सफ़ाई बनाए रखने और कूड़ेदान के सही प्रबंधन की ज़िम्मेदारी संभालनी होगी।
मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
काउंटर और ऑर्डर मैनेजमेंट:
काउंटर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनके ऑर्डर लेना।
बिलिंग संभालना और नकद/UPI से भुगतान लेना।
फ़ूड सर्विंग (Food Serving):
किचन से तैयार खाना और ड्रिंक्स लेकर ग्राहकों की टेबल तक साफ़-सुथरे तरीक़े से पहुँचाना।
ग्राहकों को ज़रूरत के अनुसार पानी, टिशू और कटलरी उपलब्ध कराना।
सफ़ाई और रखरखाव (Cleaning & Maintenance):
टेबल, काउंटर, बैठने की जगह और सर्विस एरिया को हमेशा साफ़ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
ग्राहक के जाने के तुरंत बाद टेबल को साफ़ और सैनिटाइज़ करना ताकि नए ग्राहक बैठ सकें।
कैफ़े के बर्तनों और सामान का ध्यानपूर्वक इस्तेमाल और रखरखाव करना।
कूड़ा निस्तारण (Dustbin & Waste Management):
बची हुई प्लेटों का जूठा खाना और इस्तेमाल किए गए डिस्पोज़ल तुरंत कूड़ेदान में डालना।
गीला और सूखा कचरा अलग-अलग डस्टबिन में डालना।
दिनभर और कैफ़े बंद करते समय कूड़ेदान खाली करना, नए कचरा बैग लगाना और आसपास साफ़-सफ़ाई रखना ताकि बदबू या मक्खि
याँ न पनपें।
