Job Description
Job Title: Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
- Handle banking activities, including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS payments, cheque processing, deposits, withdrawals, and maintaining banking records.
- Manage vendor payments and supplier accounts.
- Manage credit control by following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections from clients.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Process payroll and maintain employee reimbursement records.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
