Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in SAP and day-to-day accounting operations, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting transactions using SAP.
Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment and receipt entries.
Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and outstanding statements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and other departments for invoice verification.
Support inventory reconciliation, month-end closing and audit activities.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP Finance / SAP FICO.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience preferred.
