Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Telecalling)


Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage both telecalling and front office operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.


Key Responsibilities

Telecalling

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Explain spa services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Convert inquiries into appointments and memberships.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
