We are looking for a team leader to manage and guide a team of insurance advisors. The main goal is to help the team achieve their sales targets and ensure smooth day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities:

- Help in training new advisors and improving team performance.
- Track team progress and report to senior managers.
- Make sure all processes follow company rules and policies.
