Sales Team Leader

Job Opportunity: Relationship Executive / Team Leader – SBI Card📍 Location: Goa (Multiple Locations)

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Executives and Team Leaders to promote and sell SBI Credit Cards and allied banking products. The role involves interacting with customers at SBI branches and various field locations, generating leads, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with walk-in customers at malls, petrol pumps, Reliance stores, and other field locations.
• Explain SBI Card features, benefits, and offers to prospective customers.
• Assist customers throughout the credit card application process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager to achieve branch and field sales objectives.
• Generate leads through open market activities and corporate tie-ups.
• Collect and verify KYC documents as per company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to reporting managers.
• Eligibility & QualificationsEducationMinimum 12th Pass
• Graduation preferred
• Experience0 to 6+ years of experience in Sales
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Credit Card Sales will be an added advantage
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MobilityMust be willing to travel within the assigned city/location
