Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, increasing customer footfall, generating corporate and event business, building customer relationships, and promoting Taphouse offerings. The role focuses on revenue generation through corporate tie-ups, group bookings, events, memberships, and customer engagement activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales through corporate partnerships, group bookings, and event sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and local businesses.
• Promote Taphouse events, special offers, and dining experiences.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
• Maintain a database of customers and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Marketing, or Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, F&B, or event sales.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
