Job Purpose

To drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and acquiring customers for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through mapped bank branches.

Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and bank employees.

Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers.

Conduct customer meetings and financial need analysis.

Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.

Provide product training and support to bank staff.

Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process.

Maintain persistency and customer service standards.

Participate in branch activities, lead generation campaigns, and customer events.
