Job description:

As our Business Development hire, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across Goa's industrial sector — building relationships that bring new business to Rudren Solutions.

This is a field-first role. You will spend most of your working day in the market - meeting industrial businesses, introducing Rudren's services, and qualifying opportunities for the Senior Manager to take forward. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining our client database and ensuring all activity is tracked and reported consistently.

 

What the role involves:

•     Identifying and engaging potential clients across Goa's key industrial areas

•     Building and maintaining a structured database of prospects and leads

•     Conducting client visits, presenting Rudren's services, and gathering requirement intelligence

•     Following up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email

•     Escalating qualified opportunities to the Senior Manager for closure

•     Submitting regular activity reports and keeping the pipeline tracker up to date

 

This role has clearly defined daily and weekly performance expectations. Full details of targets and activity requirements are shared at the interview stage.
