Job Description

  • Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
  • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Generate new business through field visits and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Promote and sell chit fund and other financial products.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual targets.
  • Track daily activities, leads, conversions, and collections.Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Coordinate with the Head Office and report branch performance.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues.
  • Analyse branch performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting.Manage local market development and business expansion.
  • Experience: 6+ years in sales/branch management, preferably in financial services.
  • Skills: Leadership, sales management, team handling, customer relationship management, and target achievement
  • .Qualification: Any Degree.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
