Mechanical Engineer

We are hiring an Off-Role Engineer – QA for our Kheda Plant, Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Fresh engineering graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shop floor quality and support production quality activities.
• Perform quality data analysis and prepare reports/presentations.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation, inspection plans, and quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues using Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal quality audits, lot tracing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and ISO standards.
• Participate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Analytics will be an added advantage.

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
