Profile & Key Information1.    Government

Approved Agency: YQ Business Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is an MSME ZED Auditing Agency empaneled for Pan‑India operations. We are inviting applications for Associates across all districts in India.

2.    Field

Role: This is an on‑field marketing assignment requiring visits to manufacturing industries within your district/nearby area.

3.    Work

Location: You will operate as an MSME ZED Facilitator (Field Marketing Associate) in your district. No reporting to a central office is required.

4.    Remuneration

& Targets:

o  Minimum target: 20 Certifications per month (average 1 per day).

o  Fixed salary: ₹40,000/month (including TA & DA) upon achieving the target.

o  If the target is not met, a minimum fixed remuneration of ₹15,000/month will be provided.

o  Additional incentive: ₹2,500 per certification beyond the 20‑certificate target.

5.    Reporting: Daily reporting on the dedicated group with field visit details is mandatory.

6.    Official

Support: Facilitators will be provided with Government‑approved

Certificates and ID cards for field visits.

7.    Training: Complete training support will be provided by our back‑office team. However, facilitators are expected to independently manage leads.

8.    No

Charges: The empanelment and certification process is entirely free

of cost.
