Dealer visit,Delear Training, JI (Joint Investigation), MQRS / JD power scores,
SCJR (Service claim report)
Responsible for maintaining R/1000
Responsible for Minimising CPU (Cost per unit)
Responsible for releasing CCR (Concern Closing report)
