Job Description – Maintenance EngineerIndustry: FMCG / Snacks Manufacturing

Location: Pipariya, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: Negotiable, as per experience

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
  • Ensure smooth operation of snacks manufacturing and packaging machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
  • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
  • Maintain utility equipment such as compressors, boilers, pumps, motors, and related systems.
  • Coordinate with the Production team for timely maintenance activities.
  • Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
  • Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
  • Follow plant safety, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
  • Work towards improving machine efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Candidate RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
  • 3–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Snacks Manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial machinery.
