Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.

* Follow up with leads and customers regularly.

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups.

* Maintain and update customer and lead databases.

* Track sales enquiries, orders and follow-up status.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.

* Coordinate with customers and the internal team for smooth order processing.

* Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

* Handle basic customer queries and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Ability to maintain sales records and reports.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Previous experience in sales coordination, telecalling, lead generation or customer handling will be an advantage.
