Job SummaryThe Hub In-Charge will be responsible for managing end-to-end hub operations, ensuring timely shipment processing and deliveries, rider/ delivery partner availability, manpower management, inventory control, and achievement of operational KPIs. The role requires strong team handling, ground-level execution, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, delivery, and return shipments.
• Ensure timely order processing and achievement of SLA, TAT, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Manage delivery partners/riders, including attendance, availability, allocation, productivity, and retention.
• Monitor shipment movement, pending orders, undelivered shipments, RTOs, and customer escalations.
• Ensure accurate shipment scanning, reconciliation, inventory control, and proper hub documentation.
• Lead hub associates, supervisors, loaders, sorters, and delivery teams.
• Track daily operational reports, MIS, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with central operations, transport, customer support, HR, and recruitment teams.
• Ensure hub hygiene, safety, security, and compliance with SOPs.
• Identify operational gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate preferred; relevant operational experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or hub operations.
• Prior experience in team handling and hub/warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS, inventory management, and operational dashboards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and high-volume operations.
