Welder / Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line Fitter / Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for putting together mechanical components, operating assembly line machinery, and ensuring all finished products meet our strict quality and measurement standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Component Assembly: Read technical drawings/blueprints and fit mechanical components accurately on the assembly line.
• Tool Handling: Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly fixtures.
• Quality Inspection: Use measuring instruments to check dimensions and ensure all parts align with specified mechanical tolerances.
• Line Maintenance: Assist in basic tool maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize line downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to industrial safety guidelines.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical/Fitter trade.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment (Freshers with strong ITI Fitter training may also apply).
• Skills: Proficiency in fitting, tools handling, mechanical operations, and measurement knowledge.
• Language: No English / Basic English is perfectly fine.
