Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests; present menus and take orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and maintained throughout service
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with composure and professionalism
  • Support opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
