Position: Tool & Die Maker

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, tool room operations, and die maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds used in production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture, assemble, and maintain press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools and dies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Operate tool room machines such as lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, and CNC machines.
• Inspect tools and dies for wear and damage and carry out necessary repairs.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
• Support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues.
• Maintain records of tool maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures within the tool room.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of tool room operations and die maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Hands-on experience with lathe, milling, surface grinding, and drilling machines.
• Knowledge of press tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining will be an added advantage.
• QualificationITI Tool & Die Maker / Fitter / Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Tool Room or Manufacturing Industry.
