Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Product Pitching: Explain the features, technical specifications, and benefits of products to prospective clients clearly and persuasively.

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through cold calling and targeted outreach.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Customer Support: Answer customer questions regarding product warranties, usage, and troubleshooting.

Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales data using CRM software
