Job Description

A Patient Advisor at KneeVeda Ayurveda Clinic is responsible for connecting with new and existing patients.

The role includes explaining our Ayurvedic treatment services and guiding patients regarding consultations.

The Patient Advisor will book appointments and ensure timely follow-up with interested patients.

Regular follow-up calls and reminders are required to increase patient visits.

The candidate must maintain patient records and update appointment details.

Good communication skills, confidence, and a patient-friendly approach are essential.
