Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients to pitch services and receive incoming calls to answer questions.

Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product/service features, follow up with warm leads, and persuade prospects to make purchases.

Data Maintenance: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM or database.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and actively adapt your speaking style.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to handle customer grievances and think on your feet.
• Resilience: A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to handle rejection without taking it personally.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
