We are seeking a target-driven Telecaller to join our team. You will pitch personal loan products to potential customers, verify eligibility, and guide them through the

initial application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Product Explanation: Detail personal loan features, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Eligibility Check: Screen applicants based on income, employment, and credit criteria.
• Documentation: Coordinate the collection of KYC and financial documents from customers.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up with warm leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Data Logging: Update call statuses and customer details accurately in the CRM.
• Target Delivery: Meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly loan login goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; University degree preferred.

Experience: Proven track record in telecalling, inside sales, or banking customer service.

Communication: Strong verbal skills with the ability to build quick rapport.

Persuasion: Excellent negotiation techniques to handle customer objections smoothly.

Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of loans, interest rates, and EMI calculations.

Tools: Proficiency with dialing software, CRMs, and MS Excel
