Role: Cook all tandoor items
Duties:
- Make naan, roti, kebabs, tikkas on tandoor
- Prep marinades + dough
- Maintain quality, speed + hygiene
- Manage stock and tandoor area
Requirements:
- 2-5 years tandoor experience
- Good knowledge of marinades + cooking
- Can handle high pressure + long shifts
