Role OverviewThis role drives smooth last-mile operations within the hub, ensuring deliveries are made on time, riders are well managed, and daily cash is accurately reconciled. It demands strong operational discipline, people-handling capability, and comfort with data and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesLast-Mile Operations

• Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations for the hub.
• Ensure timely dispatch, efficient route planning, and smooth execution of daily delivery schedules.

Team Management

• Lead the delivery rider team and monitor their performance.
• Resolve on-ground issues as they arise.
• Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to maintain productivity and discipline.

Cash Handling & Reconciliation

• Oversee cash collection from riders.
• Ensure daily cash reconciliation is completed accurately.
• Maintain records in line with company guidelines.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, RTO rates, and other key metrics.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in logistics or a senior operations role, specifically in last-mile delivery.
• Proven experience managing delivery riders and handling cash reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of local city routes and nearby areas.
• Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting in logistics.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
