📝 JOB SUMMARY• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation and portion control.

• Lead and supervise a kitchen team of 4–5 helpers provided by the restaurant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Plan, organize and supervise daily kitchen activities.

• Prepare and serve food according to restaurant standards.

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team.

• Manage and coordinate the work of 4–5 kitchen helpers.

• Train kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene and safety procedures.

• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.

• Develop and update menu items as required.

• Monitor food quality and freshness.
