Job Description
Head Chef – Job Description (Restaurant)
Position: Dosa Master / Head Chef / South Indian Tiffin
Department: Kitchen Operations
Reports To: Restaurant Owner / General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen activities.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served according to restaurant steam Management
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team.
- Manage and coordinate the work of 4-5 kitchen helpers provided by the restaurant.
- Train kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Prepare work schedules and assign duties.

- Develop and update menu items as required.
- Monitor food quality and freshness.
