Solar Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Solar Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for solar projects.

• Key Responsibilities Supervise daily installation activities at project sites.
• Lead and manage technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed.
• Monitor installation quality of solar modules, structures, wiring, inverters, and earthing.
• Coordinate material availability and maintain site inventory.
• Track project progress and complete work within timelines.
• Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements

• Experience: Min 1 years in Solar PV, Electrical, or EPC projects.
• Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Good knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, solar installations, and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with clients/vendors.
• Wireman License or Electrical Safety certification will be an added advantage.
