Service Technician

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in spindle repair and mechanical assembly

Disassemble and assemble spindles, perform bearing replacement, spindle testing, and maintain repair quality

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic & Repair: Identify root causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Installation & Setup: Install new equipment and verify correct operation.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine check-ups to prevent breakdowns, such as lubricating parts or calibrating instruments.
• Customer Service: Educate clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and update service records.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems depending on the industry.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and find solutions.
• Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; vocational training or relevant certification is typically required.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license for roles requiring travel to client sites.
