Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network and cybersecurity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining secure network infrastructure while supporting IT projects and client requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices and security solutions.
• Install, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Work on implementation and management of cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Support IT projects from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and security-related issues.
• Perform network upgrades, security audits, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand technical requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure Management.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Sophos security products.
• Knowledge of firewall configuration, VPN setup, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience in configuration and management of IT projects.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred SkillsCisco, Palo Alto, or Sophos certifications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and network security frameworks.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
