Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end civil construction activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
• Supervise site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimations, cost calculations, and project budgets.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with QA/QC standards throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Review structural drawings, RCC works, and technical specifications to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor material planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Lead site teams, provide technical guidance, and resolve engineering challenges effectively.
