Field Sales Executive (Business Development) - Digital Marketing Services

Important: This is a 100% field sales role. You will be on the road across Pune every day, meeting business owners in person. This is not a work-from-home or desk-based phone-sales job.

Compensation

• Freshers: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month fixed + incentives. Full training provided in week one.
• Experienced (1–3 yrs): ₹22,000–₹35,000/month fixed + incentive slabs.
• Realistic monthly take-home for a performing executive: ₹30,000–₹50,000+. Incentives are paid within stipulated timeframe, never held back.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel your assigned Pune area and meet business owners, clinics, shops and startups daily.
• Pitch Edgelink's digital marketing services — SEO, social media, paid ads, and websites — and conduct face-to-face demos.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Log all visits and leads in the CRM and hand closed clients to the onboarding team.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Who Should Apply

• Enjoys meeting new people and selling in person.
• Hungry to hit targets and grow income.
• Confident communicator in Marathi, Hindi or English.
• Self-driven and able to manage their own day in the field.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B or any client-facing role.
• Freshers with real drive are genuinely welcome.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
