Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Attend inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Conduct project presentations and property site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
