Sales Coordinator [ Female ]

Order Processing & Tracking: Verify customer orders, check pricing, and enter them accurately into ERP/CRM systems. Monitor orders from entry to the final dispatch stage .

Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate heavily with production planning to ensure manufacturing timelines match customer expectations.

Documentation & Billing: Generate commercial documents such as proforma invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents in compliance with GST/export regulations.

Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries. Handle post-sales support and issue resolution .

Reporting & Analytics: Maintain sales MIS reports, update order trackers, and analyze data to help leadership identify sales trends.

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, updating CRM records, and organizing sales reports.

• Coordinating with customers on order details, delivery timelines, and product information to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
