Job Description

Company Overview we are a leading provider of computer hardware, networking, industrial PCs, software, and IT solutions. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware, software, and networking solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending opportunities to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers for pricing, stock availability, and lead times.
  • Work closely with technical, procurement, and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Support the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions when required.

Sales Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.
  • Track orders from quotation to delivery and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Support management with market intelligence and competitor information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, IT hardware sales, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in computer hardware, networking products, servers, industrial PCs, or software solutions is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and IT products.
  • Experience in quotation preparation and sales follow-up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
