Retail Sales Executive

✅ Greet customers and understand their requirements (plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, etc.)

✅ Explain product features, grades, finishes, sizes, and pricing clearly

✅ Help customers choose materials for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture & interiors

✅ Prepare quotations and assist with order closing

✅ Coordinate with billing/account team and godown for stock & deliveries

✅ Handle inquiries via phone/WhatsApp and follow up on leads

✅ Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement

✅ Keep basic records of sales and customer details

✅ Support designers/contractors with material selection when required
