Role Summary

The Relationship & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing marketing initiatives, and enhancing the company's brand presence. The role requires a combination of client servicing, sales, networking, and strategic marketing capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding service renewals, compliance deadlines, and additional service opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
  • Convert leads into paying clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, consultants, and industry professionals.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for TAXER services.
  • Coordinate social media, digital marketing, email marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, business networking events, and awareness campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing content, brochures, presentations, and client communications.
  • Strengthen TAXER's brand visibility in target markets.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Cross-sell and upsell company services to existing clients.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.

Market Research

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in taxation, compliance, finance, and consulting sectors.
  • Provide management with actionable business insights and growth strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Submit periodic sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Track marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Servicing. Experience in Financial Services, Taxation, Consulting, Banking, Insurance, CA Firms, or Professional Services will be preferred.
