COMPANY DETAILS : Xfactor Realty is a Channel Partner Firm which is located in Tathwade PCMC,Pune
JOB PROFILE :
1.Call potential customers from provided databases/leads
2.Explain property details, offers, and project benefits
3.Generate and follow up on sales leads
4.Schedule meetings and site visits for sales executives
5.Maintain customer data and call records
6.Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
7.Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates
8.Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
9.Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements
10.Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
11.Conduct property site visits and presentations
12.Convert leads into sales bookings
13.Build and maintain strong customer relationships and Follow up with clients regularly.
