Job Description
Experience: 1 to 3 years in real estate sales or channel partner operations.
Communication: Strong speaking and negotiation skills in local languages and English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site tours.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Call potential buyers, follow up on digital inquiries, and find new clients.
- Client Relations: Understand buyer needs and suggest matching properties.
- Site Visits: Guide clients through properties and explain project benefits.
- Channel Network: Maintain strong ties with builders and internal sales teams.
- Negotiation & Closing: Help clients with pricing, paperwork, and booking steps.
