Job Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify customer leads.

- Meet prospective homebuyers and understand their requirements.

- Schedule and conduct project site visits.

- Present project features, pricing, and payment plans.

- Follow up with customers until booking.

- Coordinate with developers throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

- Update daily sales activities in the CRM.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for field sales and customer interaction.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Knowledge of Pune real estate market is an added advantage.
