Quality Engineer - CMM Machine

·        Oversee the thinning inspection process to ensure uniform material distribution and integrity.

·        Collaborate with the production team to adjust processes to minimize thinning defects.

·        Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting all findings from in-process inspections.

·        Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and reflect the current status of part quality.

·        Supervise the CMM scanning of final parts to detect any dimensional errors or deviations.

·        Analyze CMM data to identify any discrepancies from design specifications.

·        Prepare feature reports based on CMM scanning and other inspection methods.

·        Highlight any critical features that require attention and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.

·        New product and manufacturing lines - To become integral in the introduction of new products to the PRAGATI Group manufacturing facility.

§ Ensure robust structures are implemented to control and improve the manufacturing process and product quality         

§ New product introduction(NPI) Failure analysis

§ Product and process FMEA

• Customer Concern/Complaints/Query - Become actively involved in the root cause identification, corrective actions and preventative actions.
