Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Metrology & Reverse Engineering team. The selected candidate will work on advanced measurement and inspection technologies including Fixed Bed CMM, Portable CMM, 3D Scanning, and Reverse Engineering projects. Freshers with a strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided to selected fresh candidates.

• QualificationITI (Mechanical / Tool & Die / Machinist / Turner)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality, Metrology, Inspection, CMM Programming, or Reverse Engineering will be preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional inspection using Fixed Bed CMM (Zeiss).
• Operate Portable CMM systems (FARO Arm).
• Perform 3D scanning and point cloud data acquisition.
• Generate inspection reports and measurement documentation.
• Create CAD models from scanned data for reverse engineering applications.
• Understand and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality standards.
• Conduct first article inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Support quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure proper handling of metrology equipment.
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturing teams for inspection requirements.
• Desired SkillsBasic understanding of Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Understanding of quality control and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with CAD software will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn advanced metrology technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
