Job Description
VED INDUSTRIES is looking for experienced and responsible Production Supervisors for our stainless-steel process equipment manufacturing facility at Bhosari MIDC.
QualificationITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Fabrication preferred
Experience3–7 years in fabrication / engineering manufacturing preferred.
Experience in SS304 / SS316 fabrication, process equipment, tanks and vessels will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities• Daily production planning and manpower allocation
• Supervise welders, fitters, grinders and helpers
• Read and understand fabrication/engineering drawings
• Monitor SS304/SS316 fabrication and fit-up
• Supervise TIG/Argon welding, grinding and finishing
• Dimensional checking during fabrication
• Monitor tanks, vessels, piping and process-equipment fabrication
• Coordinate with Design, QC, Purchase and Production teams
• Monitor material utilization and minimize wastage/rework
• Track daily production targets and job schedules
• Maintain shop-floor discipline and housekeeping
• Ensure safe working practices
• Daily production-progress reporting
• Coordinate inspection, equipment trials, packing and dispatch

Preferred CandidateCandidates having hands-on experience in stainless-steel tanks, pressure/process vessels, agitator tanks, piping, dairy/food/pharma/process equipment or similar fabrication will be preferred.
