Job Description

Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on released orders, priorities, available capacity and material status to support timely production.


Develop and control weekly and monthly production plans based on customer delivery commitments, sales orders, capacity, material availability and process lead times to ensure on-time delivery.

Track order-wise production progress against planned dates, highlight delays and coordinate recovery actions with Production and other departments.

Review BOM and material requirements with Stores and Purchase, identify shortages and follow up on critical materials to avoid production interruptions.

Prepare machine and manpower loading plans, identify bottlenecks and recommend suitable sequencing or resource adjustments.
