Operations Executive

Acube Logistics & Infra provides boom lifts, scissor lifts and cranes to project sites across India, with transport and sales divisions. Office: Chinchwad, Pune.

The role

Two openings, both in the office: a back-office coordination role run on phone, email and documents. Both will learn the whole role; one focuses on documentation, the other on client coordination.

Documentation focus

• Insurance, vehicle and statutory documents for every machine, renewed on time
• Transport documents for machines in transit
• Repair and maintenance records; every machine serviced on time
• Feedback from our operators at sites

Client coordination focus

• Client inquiries, quotations and follow-ups
• Client emails and day-to-day coordination
• Client feedback on machines and operators

Requirements

• 3+ years in office operations, back office or coordination
• Good communication, spoken and written
• Google Sheets or Excel, and email
• Basic mechanical, electrical or civil knowledge; an interest in machinery
• Preferred: experience in construction or construction equipment

Terms

Full time, in the office. Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm; Sunday off. Office SIM provided. One paid leave a month. Diwali bonus pro rata. Annual salary review.
